Jeans for Women's Body Shape

Denim can never go out of trend and it will never go out of style. Denim or Jeans has been liked by everyone. Do you know Denim was made originally for miners By Marlon Brando and James dean in 1950? It is made up of cotton and wool and some up of the only cotton yarn.

As a fashion enthusiast, I am so much in love with denim. These are comfy, stylish and wearable for any occasion if we style it accordingly. Everybody wants to try it, Yes of course, why not life is one try everything.🌹🌹

I am going to explain to you here that how can you choose the right denim according to your body type. I am describing for 5 types of body shape i.e Oval/ Round, Triangle, Inverted Triangle, Rectangle, Hourglass.

1) Oval/Round shape: In this shape woman has a round shape. Much heavier in the stomach and hip area so I advise you to go with relaxed boyfriend jeans, tapered jeans and wide-leg jeans.

Boyfriend jeans
Boyfriend jeans are so much in trend these days. They look super cool with a sleeveless top with an open shirt and sneakers. They are super comfortable from the waist and won’t let you feel stuck in jeans.
       High rise Tapered jeans

High rise Tapered jeans are like cone shape jeans little loose from the waist and a little narrower from the bottom. If you want the stylish look, but comfort as well from the waist and hips I would advise you go with tapered jeans wear it with peplum tops, drama sleeves blouse with heels.

2) Triangle/ pear shape: These women have more curves around the hips, but have a smaller upper half, focus on the waist area, wear jeans which draw attention to your waist.

Bootcut Jeans

I’ll advise you to wear Boot cut and high waist kind of jeans, but not the tapered one and don’t wear body-hugging tops as it will make your upper half smaller than the rest of the body so wear accordingly.

Cropped jeans

Cropped jeans, skinny jeans will look super hot on you. Try boot cut jeans with high heels and a loose top, boot cut jeans are so much in trend these days and I love them, it can be worn by any body type.

3) Inverted triangle shape: These women have wide shoulders, but lean from the lower half, you can wear boot cut jeans, flared jeans, boyfriend jeans, don’t wear skinny jeans as it will not balance the overall look.

Palazzo pant

4) Rectangular shape: These women have straight bodies they must wear jeans which have flared bottoms, boot cut jeans, and wear jeans which are wide from the bottom so that it brings little curves to the body. Don’t wear skinny jeans. Wear peplum tops it will create the illusion of curvy body.

Skinny Jeans

5) Hourglass: These women have narrow waists and have an almost equal upper and lower body. You can wear any kind of jeans from tapered to boot cut, boyfriend to skinny. You’ll look awesome in any type of jeans.

One important thing I want to mention here that a woman is beautiful and strong in any kind of shape. Body shaming is bad, so don’t do it. After all, we are human we are playing our roles as mothers, daughters and wives. That is what important in the end. I do believe that clothes do not define the character of the person, character builds with moral values, so be respectful to every human being.

Live to the fullest 💗Love Everyone 💗Laugh your heart out💗

Eat Healthy Stay Healthy

Hello, my lovely readers today our topic is about healthy food. What we must include in our daily diet so that we stay strong, beautiful and healthy and thank you so much for your love and support.🙏

I am so happy that you’re appreciating and enjoying reading my blog. It is motivating me to write more and more. Love you all!!😘💗

As the title says eat healthy stay healthy and who doesn’t want to live a healthy long life, for a healthy living a person must eat right and do exercise daily.👊

Today I’ll discuss the food that we must include in our diet.💕

Water: Yes dear, drink a lot of water why? As you know that 60% human body is water. Drink at least 12 glass of water daily. Water flushes out toxins from the body in the form of urine and sweat.

Water keeps your kidney clean and keeps you safe from (UTI) Urinary Tract Infection that occurs usually in women. Water is good for healthy skin and health.

Citric Fruits:  Citric fruits like oranges, grapes and lemon, these fruits maintain the collagen in the skin.

It helps in keeping the digestive system healthy but instead of taking fruit juice takes the whole fruit, as whole fruit contains lots of fiber.

Vitamin E: Nuts, Seeds, Vegetable oil, have vitamins E which do not let your skin dry and help in the growth of long and shiny hair.

Vitamin E has antioxidant properties which help in arthritis also. So include vitamin E in your diet.

Fruits: Fruits are so much important in diet to keep the immunity strong; make your digestive system healthy, good for health and also good for glowing skin.

Now it’s summertime so eat watermelon, papaya, muskmelon and bananas to keep the balance of vitamins and minerals in your body.

Calcium: As a woman, I’ll suggest every woman include calcium in your daily meal in the form of milk or golden milk, curd, cheese.

To feel and to look beautiful we must stay strong first and if you don’t like milk you can ask a doctor for calcium supplement. Calcium is a must for a woman.

Eat at right time:  Eat at the right time, three times a day. Eat a balanced diet; chew slowly, your breakfast must be heavier than the rest of the day meal.

Include salad, yoghurt, green vegetables and please leave the junk food, and if you eating junk food go for exercise than. Junk food is only for taste and waste.

Garlic:  Garlic has antifungal and anti-viral properties; it keeps the disease away like allergies, cold and cough, keep the digestive system strong and also helps in curing acne.

So include it in your diet in veggies, soup or can blend it in your juice.

Flaxseeds And Fish: Flaxseeds and fish both are rich in omega-3 fatty acid. Omega 3 helps in moisturizing the skin and helps in healthy hair growth.

People who are vegetarian like me can take flaxseeds with oatmeal or in smoothies.

I hope you’ll like my this post, your feedback is valuable
So keep smiling, stay happy and stay positive.
Live, Love, Laugh.💖💖💖

Brahma Mahurat and Surya Namaskar: A Way of Healthy Living

Early to bed early to rise to make a man healthy wealthy and wise, this is what our elders taught us from our childhood. They wanted us to be disciplined in life.

They knew that only a disciplined person can achieve whatever he wants in his life. For being successful discipline is a must.

Our ancestors were much disciplined in following the daily chores. As the title says Brahma mahurat so what is Brahma mahurat? Brahma means the "creator of the universe" and mahurat means "auspicious time".

Brahma mahurat is the time before sunrise starts from one and a half hour before and ends when the sunrises. You can say if the sun rises at 6 A.M the mahurat will be at 4:30 Am.
At this time our mind and body have taken the full rest.

Waking up in Brahma mahurat connects the biological time of the body with the Sun. The people who wake up in Brahma Mahurat are less prone to diabetes, blood pressure, stress, allergies and obesity too.

Brahma mahurat is the right time to do the medita-tion and yoga, one reason is that at this time two times join together i.e. day and night, which has a psychological effect on your mind and one can use this time to develop his or her mind and body, also at this time sun rays are not that hot and you can get Vitamin D too.
Vitamin D helps you to keep your immune system strong which is the need of this hour.

Meditation brings the clarity in thinking which means you can focus more on your studies; your concentration level will be high; you can handle the tough situations in your life.

The most famous yoga at this time is “Surya Namaskar”also known as Salutation to Sun.

This yoga has 12 postures from the standing position to downwards than again back at standing position, so it must be done 12 times and must be performed facing east direction in the morning. The international yoga day is celebrated on 21st June.

The Twelve postures of Surya Namsakara are:

1.Pranamasana ( Prayer pose)

2.Hasta Uttanasana ( Raised arm pose)

3.Uttanasana ( Hand to Foot pose)

4.Anjaneyasana (Crescent Moon Pose)

5.Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

6.Ashtanga Namaskara (Ashtanga Dandavat Pranam)

7.Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog Pose)

8.Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

9.Anjaneyasana, opposite foot, (Crescent Moon Pose)

10.Uttanasana (Hand to Foot pose)

11Hasta Uttanasana (Raised arms pose)

1\12.Pranamasana (Prayer pose) back to 1

This yoga circulates the blood in the body, which helps in increasing the oxygen level in the body, benefits your lungs normalize the blood pressure, gives you glowing skin, treats insomnia, helps in losing weight, clear your vision and the most important it ensures in regular the menstruation cycle.

So include yoga in your daily routine. What I think that if we include yoga in our routine it will benefit to make our immune system strong to fight against any diseases.

The human body is not a machine it can't work day and night, this body is our temple we must take care of it so that it functions properly.

I write about self-care I believe that beauty doesn't come from external factors only you must feel inner peace, happiness within, the positivity in any evil situation.

So keep smiling, be thankful to life.
As I say Love, Live, Laugh.

Skin Care with Spices

Hello, my dear readers, as you know my blog is about how to take care of yourself, your skin and hair, but I do believe that every joyful face is a beautiful face, Beauty is Joy.💮💮

If a person is joyful, happy and positive towards life no matter how he or she looks you always want to be with him/her because everyone wants to cherish the life with positive people and we don’t want to live our lives negatively at all.✌💗

You have shown so much love to my earlier post. Your love and comments motivate me to write and explore more. Thank you so much.🙏

Today I am writing about something that we all have in our home, i.e. in the kitchen, where’s true magic happen. It’s the place where we have our real treasure that is spices; any dish is incomplete without spices.

These spices build the taste in food as well as help in making your immunity strong. Some of the spices are too used to enhance skin texture and strong hair.

We always keep looking for organic products with maximum benefits. So I am sharing these five spices from my kitchen.

My First favourite Turmeric (Haldi) Facepack
Turmeric is one of the members of ginger. It is in bright yellow and orange. We use this turmeric powder in our dishes to give colour and for a boost in the immunity.

Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial properties. So it helps in healing the wounds too.For skin, it helps in curing acne, pigmentation, discolouration or uneven tone.

You can use pure turmeric powder in water as a face pack or can make mix pinch of turmeric in aloe vera gel and almond oil or you can just use a little on the pigmentation or acne area.

Yes, it will leave a yellow colour on your face but we are going nowhere in this quarantine so I don’t mind looking yellow or you can use face wash too, after applying it for 20 minutes.

These days Golden Milk is so much in trend. Add a pinch of turmeric in the milk. It helps in curing cough and cold helps in healing the wound and boost immunity too. This is one of the famous immunity boosters that you’ll find in every household in India.

Saffron: Who doesn’t like saffron!!! One of the expensive spice as it include the labour cost and time involved in farming. Saffron is a powerful antioxidant.

In India, Kashmir and Rajasthan are famous for Saffron farming. Saffron is golden in colour and has an exotic aroma; many Asians and Mediterranean countries use it in their dishes, to give colour and aroma in sweets, desserts and especially in rice.

How to use saffron as a face pack
Mix saffron in two or three spoons of milk, make a paste of it use it as a face pack for uneven tone and under eye dark circles too.

Now this one is my favourite face mask, Mix saffron in sandalwood powder and honey with milk for removing tan, uneven tone and pigmentation.

You can also make toner of saffron. Put some saffron strands in rose water, leave it for a night. It will work as a natural skin toner.
Cinnamon face pack
Cinnamon has medicinal properties, loaded with antioxidants. It's so perfect it can make any dish so delicious especially the cinnamon sugar frosting on the banana cake. Yum! 😋

So mix a pinch of cinnamon in honey, put it on the acne only it will cure the acne because of its antibacterial properties.

Use banana, honey and pinch of cinnamon powder for clear skin. As cinnamon has skin lightening properties. It also helps to remove dark spots from skin.

Fenugreek seeds for face and hair
Fenugreek is a herb which is widely used in Indian dishes. Its seeds are used in cooking and its leaves are too eaten in India.

Soak the little fenugreek seeds in the water for a night then blend it with the yoghurt and apply on face for curing the uneven tone and pigmentation.

Don’t throw away the water drink it as it cures the digestive system too.

For healthy hair, you can grind the soaked fenugreek seeds and apply this paste on your scalp to get rid of dandruff.

Curry Leaves for hair and face pack
Curry leaves are widely used in Indian dishes. These leaves have a medicinal effect too. It is full of vitamins and minerals. These leaves cure constipation, it drops the cholesterol level and aroma is so good and I just love eating Greens.

Grind the curry leaves mix this paste with the fuller’s earth powder it will cure the acne and uneven tone. Best face pack for oily skin so far to cure acne.

Heat the coconut oil and put some curry leaves in heated oil, leave it for a few minutes to cool down and filter it then store it in a glass jar. Apply it three times a week on your hair. This oil prevents hair fall, promote hair growth too.

Hair Care with Hair oil and Hair mask

In the earlier post, I have discussed the reason for hair loss and cure. I hope you liked it. Some of my dear readers got very emotional after reading it.🌸

I just want to say that Physical beauty is not everything “Physical beauty will vanish one day but the knowledge, the talent that we have earned in our life will remain there” that is what we transfer to our young generation.💗

I like to read and write about healthy living, this is my own experience that I love to share with you.Just do what you love. As I Say Love, Live, Laugh.🌹

Hair Oil for Healthy Hair
As we all know that hair oil is like food for hair. Hair oil is so much beneficial for the healthy hair.
Hair oil when applied to the scalp it spreads throughout the roots and gives strength to the hair strand from the roots to the end. So give massage to your scalp at least 3 times a week and don’t skip the routine, please

Oil massage is the best for hair strengthening and growth.
The method is to heat the oil a little in a bowl and than apply hair oil using cotton directly on the scalp.
Be cautious, heat the oil just for a second, otherwise scalp will burn down.I also did this mistake 😜😜
I use lukewarm oil because it helps to moisturize the scalp and hair and it's all up to you that you want to warm up the oil or not.

Best oil for hair growth: Almond oil, Wild apricot oil Amla oil, Jojoba oil, Grape seed Oil, Olive oil and my personal favorite Coconut Oil this is the most favorite hair oil in every Indian house that I have seen so far and also our grandmother’s favorite hair oil too.😄😄
This is how I use coconut oil for my hair. I have thin and naturally straight hair so this hair oil makes my hair thick and shiny too.

Coconut oil: This oil is best for hair, you can apply it, as it is or what you can do add 2 vitamin E tablets in it.
Apply for a night leave it on your hair wash it off in the morning. You’ll see the difference after 2 weeks in your comb. There will be no hair strand in the comb. J
The second method is to use Camphor in a small amount with coconut. Apply it at night before sleeping, it will cool down your scalp and reduce the dandruff too.

Hair Spa: Hair Spa once a week is so much necessary. Especially in this lockdown, you can do a hair spa at home too.

The Method is
1) Apply oil in hair.
2) Use a hot wet towel to cover your hair with it for 15-20 minutes.
3) Wash your hair with your favorite chemical-free shampoo.
4) Use conditioner after shampoo for 10 minutes and wash it off.
Let your hair dry naturally don’t use any hair dryer or blower as heat makes hair roots go weak.

For the extra love and care for your hair apply the hair mask. I love hair masking so much. I enjoy doing this. The hair mask is so much beneficial for hair.

Here are some DIY Hair Mask

1) Onion and coconut oil hair mask: Grate the onion, mix it with a lukewarm coconut oil and apply it on hair, Onion is high in sulfur which promotes hair growth. Leave it for one hour.
This mask helps in reducing hair fall and helps in growth. Use this mask in the morning only as it cools down your scalp and you don’t want to get cold.

Milk and cream mask: You can use milk and cream on your hair as it helps in keeping hair straighten. It is a good conditioner for hair. One most important thing I got to know that after applying milk on your hair there will not be any split end as I tried it too.

Yoghurt hair mask: The best source of protein yoghurt if applied directly, it will give you shiny and healthy hair. Add banana and honey in yogurt mix it. Apply this mask on hair wash it off after 30 minutes.
Yoghurt nourishes your hair which helps in hair growth too.

Fuller's earth hair mask: It cools down your scalp and helps in reducing dandruff. It takes out the impurities and toxins from scalp and hair, which simultaneously helps in hair growth.

Egg and olive oil hair mask: Use eggs with 2 or 3 spoon of olive oil or any hair oil available at home. Mix it and apply it from roots to end. Leave it at least for 30 minutes and wash it off.

Note: If you are losing like 50 to 100 hair strands regularly then its fine but more than that should be consulted with experts.

Note: The content is for informational purpose only. Please remember that remedy which works for me may not work for you. So do a skin patch test first to check any irritation and allergy.
