Early to bed early to rise
to make a man healthy wealthy and wise, this is what our elders taught us from
our childhood. They wanted us to be disciplined in life.
They knew that only a disciplined
person can achieve whatever he wants in his life. For being successful discipline
is a must.
Our ancestors were much
disciplined in following the daily chores. As the title says Brahma mahurat so
what is Brahma mahurat? Brahma means the "creator of the universe" and mahurat
means "auspicious time".
Brahma mahurat is the time
before sunrise starts from one and a half hour before and ends when the
sunrises. You can say if the sun rises at 6 A.M the mahurat will be at 4:30 Am.
At this time our mind and
body have taken the full rest.
Waking up in Brahma mahurat connects the
biological time of the body with the Sun. The people who wake up in Brahma
Mahurat are less prone to diabetes, blood pressure, stress, allergies and
obesity too.
Brahma mahurat is the right time to do the medita-tion and yoga,
one reason is that at this time two times join together i.e. day and night,
which has a psychological effect on your mind and one can use this time to
develop his or her mind and body, also at this time sun rays are not that hot
and you can get Vitamin D too.
Vitamin D helps you to keep your immune system
strong which is the need of this hour.
Meditation brings the clarity in thinking which
means you can focus more on your studies; your concentration level will be high; you can handle the tough situations in your life.
The most famous yoga at this time is “Surya
Namaskar”also known as Salutation to Sun.
This yoga has 12 postures
from the standing position to downwards than again back at standing position,
so it must be done 12 times and must be performed facing east direction in the morning.
The international yoga day is celebrated on 21st June.

This yoga circulates the blood in the body, which helps in
increasing the oxygen level in the body, benefits your lungs normalize the
blood pressure, gives you glowing skin, treats insomnia, helps in losing
weight, clear your vision and the most important it ensures in regular the
menstruation cycle.
So include yoga in your daily routine. What I think
that if we include yoga in our routine it will benefit to make our immune system
strong to fight against any diseases.
The human body is not a machine it can't work
day and night, this body is our temple we must take care of it so that it
functions properly.
I write about self-care I believe that beauty doesn't come from external factors only you must feel inner peace, happiness within, the positivity in any evil situation.
So keep smiling, be thankful to life.
As I say Love, Live, Laugh.
